Taan Newjam

TAAN „DRAGONMAN“ NEWJAM is a German-Asian multi-instrumentalist and songwriter/producer/DJ who lives and works in Berlin. His debut album ACTIONDISCO will be released in early summer 2010 under the newly-formed label URBASIAN Music. „ACTIONDISCO“ delivers high energy music; very danceable electronic clubtunes combining elements of House, Hip-Hop, Disco, Funk and Electro. Most notably, Taan was nominated for a Grammy in 2004 for the song “Lipstick” by Alejandra Guzman (BMG) which he co-wrote with Desmond Child.

Taho

Taho is an independent musician and film maker. In 1997 he creates Lumina Records a label that provides innovative and cutting edge electronic music. His sound is futuristic, deep, sensual, elegant, melodic, atmospheric like the sound of Carl Craig, Juan Atkins, Jeff Mills, Larry Heard, Mad Mike, Maurizio etc... Taho, it's like dancing in a cloud of vivid colors at the speed of light! The music is pure adventure in new worlds. Most of his releases on Lumina come with stories. Lumina gave birth to two sub label Eona and Ikuna.

Talking Heads

One of the most important, influential and enduring bands, Talking Heads regularly modified their sound, bringing in elements of , , rhythms and among others to add to their original jerky stripped-down art-punk stylings. Talking Heads first appeared on the New York music scene as a trio in 1974 essentially as art-punks. The band consisted of David Byrne, Chris Frantz, and Tina Weymouth. By 1975, Talking Heads recorded a demo album for CBS records and landed a gig opening for the Ramones at the legendary CBGB club in their native New York City.

Talla 2XLC (b. Andreas Tomalla, Germany) is a producer, musician, and DJ whose work has spanned from industrial music to trance music. Tomalla started as a DJ, founding in 1984 the Technoclub at Frankfurt's Dorian Gray club. He was also at the time involved with a band called Moskwa TV. In 1988, he started a new project called Bigod 20, which would go on to be one of Europe's most successful EBM acts of the early 1990s.
